Here is a list of ingredient names with ingredients that have enough free glutamate/MSG to trigger a reaction. Remember, even if you do not feel a reaction, the free glutamates (L-Glutamate) are best avoided by everyone. The excitotoxins in MSG literally stimulate brain cells to death.
