Fresh and Sassy Salsa
- Start with Basic Ingredients: Put onions, peppers and garlic in the food processor and pulse until the onions and peppers are chopped
- Add the rest of the basic ingredients
- Tomatoes
- 1 Tablespoon of olive oil
- Pulse 5 times
- Add Flavoring ingredients
- 1/4 cup vinegar or lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons fresh Italian Parsley or Cilantro (or both)
- Pulse until the mixture is well mixed and evenly chopped
- Serve fresh; store in the remainder in the fridge in a sealed container. It will last for about a week
