Pico de Gallo

Fresh and Sassy Salsa
  1. Start with Basic Ingredients: Put onions, peppers and garlic in the food processor and pulse until the onions and peppers are chopped
  2. Add the rest of the basic ingredients
    • Tomatoes
    • 1 Tablespoon of olive oil
  3. Pulse 5 times
  4. Add Flavoring ingredients
    • 1/4 cup vinegar or lemon juice
    • 2 Tablespoons fresh Italian Parsley or Cilantro (or both)
  5. Pulse until the mixture is well mixed and evenly chopped
  6. Serve fresh; store in the remainder in the fridge in a sealed container. It will last for about a week
